We cherish our time with each client. Please note all appointments are structured to include a total of 5 minutes designated for undressing and dressing. For instance, with a 60-minute massage session, this would break down to 5 minutes for undressing, 50 minutes of service, and an additional 5 minutes for dressing.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we have two options available. First, the session can be rescheduled; however, please note that the full payment for this visit will still be required. Alternatively, if you prefer, the therapist can proceed with the session for the remaining available time.
Cancellation Policy
As a small, heart-centered practice, last-minute cancellations have a real impact.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
