We cherish our time with each client. Please note that all appointments are structured to include a total of 5 minutes designated for undressing and dressing. For instance, with a 60-minute massage session, this would break down to 5 minutes for undressing, 50 minutes of service, and an
additional 5 minutes for dressing.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we have two options available. First, the session can be rescheduled; however, please note that the full payment for this visit will still be required. Alternatively, if you prefer, the therapist can proceed with the session for the
remaining available time.

48-Hour Rule
The 48-Hour Rule: For the first 24-48 hours, keep the skin clean, dry, and free from friction, heat, sweat, and harsh products to allow the skin to recover.
As a small, heart-centered practice, last-minute cancellations have a real impact.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
